Network Element Management (NEM) Framework®
Our flagship product for the telecommunications industry is the NEM Framework®. This framework enables a number of mission critical network management functions, element management, component inventory, order workflow, and network assignments. The framework complies with Java J2EE component software standards, supports IBM WebSphere Application Server, and supports Oracle 9i databases. The system is currently in use by AT&T (Ameritech, Pacific Bell, SBC), supports the daily workload of over 1,000 simultaneous users, over 250,000 network element orders, and over 10,000 network components. AT&T utilizes the NEM Framework in its regional divisions, making NEM the largest element management system in use in North America today.

The Network Order Workflow module provides a configurable, dynamic workflow management subsystem to support the deployment of network elements and network components. Leveraging a number of advanced object-oriented design techniques, our workflow approach is years ahead of anything available from larger vendors. |
